Refund policy

We want you to love your new watch!
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we make returns and refunds simple and hassle-free.

Return Window:

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item.

  • To be eligible, the watch must be:

    • Unworn and in original condition

    • With all tags, packaging, and accessories intact

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at terraticks@gmail.com or call 0342-8109807 to initiate your return.

  2. Follow the instructions provided to send the item back to our warehouse.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned watch, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

Exchanges:

  • If you want to exchange your watch for another model or color, contact us first.

  • Exchanges follow the same 14-day return window and conditions.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or engraved watches

  • Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
